Plum, Dark Chocolate, Raisin and Pecan
El Olvido produces the highest quality of coffee using the honey process at the altitude of 1,600 masl, on the beautiful slopes of the San Salvador Volcano. This particularly flavoursome coffee with notes of dark chocolate and plums comes from a farm that mostly grows traditional Bourbon, with a few trees of its natural hybrid brother, the Pacas variety.
