Red Apple, Orange and Chocolate
This delicious single origin was sourced from the outstanding Finca La Colombia in the mountainous region of Antioquia, Colombia.
Gonzalo, who runs the farm, dedicates 74 of the 321-acre estate to growing coffee within beautiful woodland surroundings. A vast 90 acres are devoted to the conservation of the rainforest and valuable water sources. Their continued care for the environment has awarded them with Rainforest Alliance certification.
El Porvenir can be found at the highest altitude in Finca La Colombia, and after being hand-picked, the beans are sorted and fermented for 24-32 hours. This gives way to a delicious red apple undertone, which perfectly balances the rich chocolate notes of this coffee.

To get back on track, we simply aim to inspire others and share our experience on how to get the most out of speciality coffee. We do this with a simple purpose in mind - to celebrate the quality of the bean and honour the devoted farmers at the source.
