Fire & Flow
Ahuachapan
Chocolate, Maple Syrup and Praline
We sourced this coffee from Ahuachapan, situated within the vast Apaneca-Ilamatepec mountain range in El Salvador. With rich volcanic soil, this region is well known for its speciality coffee production, with many farms in the area producing for ‘Cup of Excellence’.
The farm's owner puts a large emphasis on reinvesting back into the local community. This includes running an ‘Opportunities’ program which supports the education of El Salvador’s most disadvantaged youth, and helps to create work opportunuties for them.
Environmental sustainability is also a large focus, with an estimated 10 thousand litres of water a year saved due to their rainwater washing system, and plastic seedling bags replaced with reusable tubes.

Fire & Flow are a speciality coffee roaster based in the heart of The Cotswolds. Started by childhood friends who decided to follow their passion for coffee, we’re fully focused on supporting our partners with best in class coffee, training, and equipment nationally. We work with skilled, ethically minded and sustainability focused farmers who go to great lengths to produce the highest quality Arabica coffee beans. We take great pride in maintaining the quality of the bean, roasting in small batches to produce delicious coffee that we absolutely love, and hope you will too.
To get back on track, we simply aim to inspire others and share our experience on how to get the most out of speciality coffee. We do this with a simple purpose in mind - to celebrate the quality of the bean and honour the devoted farmers at the source.
