Apaneca-Ilamatapec Mountain range. Not only did the setting provide rich, fertile soils, the area enjoyed its own unique microclimate with dry winters and warm summers in a country dominated by tropical weather. Generations later, and the family is still producing stunning lots from the very same land.

This mixed varietal washed lot is the perfect example of a legacy of expertise, with parents entrusting the farm to their children many times over. Café Tuxpal has now grown to be involved in the entire chain, from production to processing, exporting to roasting.

Fire & Flow are a speciality coffee roaster based in the heart of The Cotswolds. Started by childhood friends who decided to follow their passion for coffee, we’re fully focused on supporting our partners with best in class coffee, training, and equipment nationally. We work with skilled, ethically minded and sustainability focused farmers who go to great lengths to produce the highest quality Arabica coffee beans. We take great pride in maintaining the quality of the bean, roasting in small batches to produce delicious coffee that we absolutely love, and hope you will too.

To get back on track, we simply aim to inspire others and share our experience on how to get the most out of speciality coffee. We do this with a simple purpose in mind - to celebrate the quality of the bean and honour the devoted farmers at the source.
